Core strength Vinyasa is a dynamic class, targeted on core strength and stability. Enjoy 60 mins igniting the deep core with a fun yoga flow.

High intensity Interval Training Yoga or Yoga Shred offers an  element of cross training and cardio vascular awakening required for the body to burn fat & increase cardio fitness. Classes last 40 mins,perfect for a lunchtime burner with all the benefits of a 90 minute dynamic yoga practise.

Barre Yoga Fusion


Set to high energy music, this class combines the precision of Pilates, alignment of yoga, & ballet inspired technique to deliver a fun and effective whole body experience.

Lift, sculpt, strengthen and tone.

Booking a course is recommended to measure progression but a drop in option is available

Parent and Baby Yoga


Parent & baby Yoga classes are tailored for new parents, allowing you to strenghten and build your fitness gently after birth within a safe and friendly

environment.

Classes run in 6 week blocks, and are suitable from 6-10 weeks after birth or babies from 6 weeks old.

Yoga for Pregnancy


These classes are safe for pregnancy and combine birth prep with yoga postures (asana). Yoga allows expectant parents to start preparing for that big day, whilst still maintaining physical strength.

Classes run in 6 week blocks, however you can start whenever you are ready
